First and foremost the culture is a lie, and is toxic and cruel work experiences I have had to date. The ground level employees are very sweet, and are a pleasure to talk to and work with, but are severely burnt-out.
Discrimination within the workplace. Depending on where you are located depends heavily on your ability to considered for pay raises and promotions. Prejudice against certain cultures and lifestyles is VERY present in senior leadership. Openly vocal about refusing to hire people from certain parts of North America that fit these lifestyles and cultures.
PTO is impossible to take. You will be encouraged to take PTO, but then be forced to come into work and held accountable for things that happen during your PTO on your projects. "Unlimited" is a way for them not to be legally required to pay out your unused time at the end of the year.
Leadership has very little leadership experience resulting in high incompetency and arrogance towards their underlings. "I'm the boss" type attitudes all around.
No opportunity for growth. All promotions and higher positions are filled externally. Despite being one of the company's "core values", growth is used as a method of restriction rather than development. (You will always have room to grow, therefore you will never be "ready" for the next step)
Low Pay, and high expectations to over-perform and work late hours on salary.
