Zero autonomy, terrible work-life balance, unrealistic expectations, unwillingness to invest in the IT department (not even for an email auto-responder and scheduler), undeserved performance reviews and harassment are very likely after a while, project and client management becomes impossible due to higher-ups offering to provide features in a timeframe of days or weeks that can't be achieved in that timeframe with the minuscule team of developers. The rate of pay is laughably low for any engineer at any country besides Venezuela.
