Qualicare Vaughan offered me my first position as an RPN. The management staff are compassionate and are dedicated to ensuring that the patients receive the best quality of care possible. They are always available to contact if I have any issues and are very flexible with my schedule. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this company and that is the reason why I have stayed with them up until for the past 3 years. The patients that I have cared for have mainly been palliative patients. It is truly an honor to work with this population as they have allowed you to become part of their care during as they are nearing end of life. The management staff of qualicare Vaughn are aware what a hardship it can be dealing with the large palliative population, I can say that they have been truly supportive of any kind of emotional turmoil that I had to experience providing care to the dying. I thoroughly recommend anyone who is interested in providing competent and compassionate care to patients in home to apply.
