First and foremost, the company has an amazing team with good values. People are really helpful, never hesitate to offer support, and treat you with respect. You can feel the love and it means a great deal!
The second biggest draw to Qualifio is the enthusiastic culture and the great work-life balance (flexible work environment and working hours).
Room for professional development opportunities is good too. You're given the freedom to generate ideas to help contribute to the success of the company.
Overall, Qualifio is a fantastic and very fun place to work.

Qualifio is growing and fast-paced, and because of that, you get a lot of hands-on experience. On the flip side, don't be surprised if they don't have all the answers. Nobody's job at Qualifio is easy. You have to bring out-of-the-box thinking and do the best you can. If you're looking for a cosy job, then this is not the place for you.
They are a bit disorganised about change. Product planning and delivery could be better. And some mid-level managers are in over their heads (from my point of view, mainly people with inadequate training).
The benefits and perks are not "top-notch" for the industry, but they are still pretty good. Paid vacation time is not minimal, but not competitive either.
