Commodity between coworkers are good. The science team does a stellar job in keeping customers happy.

Leadership is removed and diversity is minimal. Operations weighs down people with no investment of tools or sales training. Largely dependent upon an old system and expected to do mail merge for outreach. Upper leadership doesn't mange expectations or skills sets for their people. Majority of the time, pipeline call just list the opportunity and nothing else. This is an event driven business so not much to drive your own .
