This company is a fraud. They hire people and then fire them within a few months. They recruit interns, and just when it’s time to offer PPOs, they claim they don’t have the budget. The HR team hires engineers for specific roles like Software Engineer, shares job descriptions aligned with SWE responsibilities, and even conducts interviews based on the SWE role. However, after joining, employees are assigned to customer support roles and teams instead. The company has a very high attrition rate; most employees leave within two months. I rejected several good offers because of this company. Don’t fall for the brand name or location—it is one of the worst places to work. Most of the positive reviews appear to be posted by the HR team using multiple fake accounts. If you carefully observe the tone and quality of English, it becomes easy to identify this. Only people who act as a manager’s yes-men survive and receive most of the benefits. Those who work hard day and night are sidelined. Good talent leaves early. I personally know an employee who performed very well and received multiple appreciations. However, after falling out with his manager one day, he was terminated the very next week citing poor performance—despite having received several appreciations earlier in the same year. Truly a terrible place to work. They are not loyal to their employees, nor to their customers. There have been instances where Qualys products corrupted customer data, yet the company never took responsibility for it.
