- very nice people in the UK office - interesting product - good packages and ok sallary

- ticket overload - the role was about triaging the tickets where speed was more important than quality - horrible rat race... some people were very unhelpfull and backstabing - company was not honest with employees - they are trying to pay you as little as possible and will try toget from you as much as possible - no career progression - no development at all (you are here to triage tickets not to learn)
