- Targets move sometimes when it feels like everything has been set. This happens with startup culture, but be aware of it if you're particularly sensitive to it.
- Management is not always good at communicating when priorities have changed
- Be prepared for emergency deployments, often on Thursdays or Fridays. Although the deployment process has been transcribed to a checklist and is pretty painless, and this isn't necessarily common, it is something to keep in mind.
