Management decisions sometimes feel slow.

I worked in the Academic Applications team within R&D at Quanser for six months as part of my university industrial placement program. I did not have much experience with control theory apart from a few electronics courses I had taken at university but the team made me feel extremely welcome and taught me everything I needed to learn to be an effective employee. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Pete, Abbey, Arman, Murtaza, Thomas, Simon, and everyone else I had the pleasure of meeting, albeit virtually. I gained undoubtedly valuable skills that I would be able to bring into any workplace, not just an engineering company.

I was remote the entire time so I never got to meet my whole team!
