Shady software practices, at times very unprofessional and one doesn't always get paid on time or at all. No HR department, no structured environment for employees so whether or not you get informed depends upon who you know well. Not all employees are treated equally, favoritism practice in place regardless of performance. Have seen many people get swindled and treated badly by this company.
