They hire through temp agencies promising permanent placement after 90 days, but arbitrarily extend this to 6 months once that mark is reached. The inconsistent interview process allows inexperienced individuals to join and disrupt workflow. Upper management is disconnected from operations, simply barking orders and sending people home over PPE that should be provided. Announcements are always last minute, regardless of severity. A night shift was introduced without proper planning or workflow. Work doesn't arrive until the end of the shift due to other departments being absent, making the night shift falsely appear unproductive. Day and afternoon management create a hostile environment towards the night shift and solely blame them for all problems. After flooding the shift with approved mass hires, they abruptly cut hours and started dissolving the shift after only three months. Computer credentials are given out completely at random; some receive them in a week, while others wait 5 months with nothing despite diligent requests. There is absolutely zero flow, and no one knows what is going on across the buildings.
