      (1)welfare and pay are not too bad when comparing with other Taiwan’s companies. (2)RD will learn about design skills considering with processes of manufacturing , accessibility for production line and good quality for user.

      (1) But welfare and pay are not good when comparing with international companies. (2)The action about Covid-19 pandemic also disappointed their employees. (3)traditional and conservative culture.

      Building 6 breakroom vending machines are mostly all empties, seems like no one come to stock anything or even care, There are no cups, spoons, teas, coffees for employees...just two tap filter water dispensers, a couple of refrigerators and several microwaves but nothing else for you to even buy to eats or drinks for lunches. Bring your own everything or expect to starve or be thirsty!
