Good place to learn Good atmosphere Can work in various levels.

Employee scaling is very bad. No encouragement and communication with new employees. They are being back. Scaling employee by conducting assessments. What about the daily work performed by emoloyee for the submissions. Group politics is in initial stage. Need to control. Apprisal is based on employee communication and not in work and productivity. Please take a count on how employee performs his daily work tasks not blindly assessing on 30 min tests.

Head of HR Thank you for your comments. As part of my new role as Head of HR, I am looking at ways in which we can better assess the performance of employees and I hope to roll out a new process for next year. Thank you also for your comments regarding new employees, I will look into this. As a Company we are looking to develop our employer brand further to ensure that we are the employer of choice in the industry.

Although the company already has great work/life balance/flexible scheduling, I have seen that Quanticate has been regularly asking how their management team can improve employee satisfaction within the company by conducting surveys (and seriously considering them). I think our company makes a strong effort to take in our employees opinions. They have been successful in listening to what we would like to see and have implemented these ideas to improve benefits and the working environment as a whole. I've been happy that Quanticate has provided many employees opportunities for learning through mentoring and training (SAS and Statistics) as well as opportunities for advancement. The U.S. Headquarters in Durham has improved benefits for 2015 as well. I think we have a close knit group-ordering lunch in, going to group activities and even recently being part of Habitat for Humanity which was quite enjoyable to us all.

Was able to create opportunities as there had been very little foundational work done. Strong reputation as a boutique firm for biostatistics.

As a UK company, the US operation lacked support from the home office to make the office thrive. Very low pay rates, adequate benefits, great coworkers but the lack of communication and support from corporate made it very difficult to feel good about the company. They closed the office in Cambridge and relocated it to NC to reduce expenses even further.
