Its not what you know but who you know. Everyone is either family, hiring their closest friends or sleeping with each other. No room for growth due to employees staying for years. Production staff didnt speak english that well so slight language barrier at times. If the executive assistant doesnt like you, youre out of a job, be warned to cater and kiss her butt heavily.

The best thing about Quantimetrix is definitely the people. This is a small company with a huge heart and a family feel.

The commute is a little lengthy for me personally but it's worth it. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else.

It was wonder before the new HR and upper management came in last year.

Out of nowhere they started letting long time loyal 25 year plus Empoyeeys go, CEO is a nice guy but changes with the new people he brings in. Didn't even say Good bye after 30 plus years and 25 years working hard for his father and him. Sad day the whole company is changed and not for the better.
