      Their QCDP program makes sure that freshers who do,list of the field work will feel underpaid and continue to remain so until they end a 3 year QCDP program in the company. They say there’s a bonus for you to stay back but they give it 6 months after joining and then ask you to stay back 15 more months to retain it. Effectively making a bonus retention cycle as long as 21 months

Quantiphi takes its campus program very seriously and all details around training, compensation and others are transparently shared at the time of hiring and onboarding. There are many success stories within the organization who has grown from freshers over the years and might be able to help you solve your concerns with better understanding of the programs.
