Small teams are overloaded, often juggling 2-3 projects simultaneously. No structure or process: Despite being over a decade old, the company operates like a chaotic early-stage startup. No proper onboarding, planning, or execution processes. Internal politics are rampant. Appraisals & recognition: Appraisals are frequently delayed or withheld altogether. Hard work is rarely recognized, and raising concerns about burnout can result in retaliation. Probation/internship issues: Many employees are kept in extended probation periods without confirmation letters. Unpaid internships lasting months are still common in some teams. Layoffs without notice: Sudden firings with zero communication or warning. There's no job security, and HR provides no support. Poor management: Senior leadership is disconnected from ground reality. There’s no concern for employee wellbeing — people are treated as disposable resources.
