Many analysts left QRM in April 2010 weeks due to lack of career growth. Management showed signs of inability to manage a larger size organization so perhaps they were ok turning up the heat and raising the rate of attrition to get the firm down to a manageable size. QRM software is not cutting edge and is rather bloated so that problems from years ago continue to resurface. QRM also supports many versions of their software so their programmers and analysts are "stretched" trying to support software from at least 7 years ago up to the current version. Priorities and requirements are typically client-led ("we want QRM to do this") so management is constantly chasing demand in often ad hoc manners which creates lack of unity among product teams as the new "hot requirement" takes focus. Steep learning curve (6-9 months to become effective) due to multiple software versions and lack of documentation. Difficult to perform research at QRM since internet access is restricted for everyone (hope you like Wikipedia).
