Svantaggi
There are many. I'm been working for a long time, and this is the worst company I have even been at. I'm still stunned at how bad it was. I never post reviews; I'm just trying to save people from what I went through. 1. Delusion leadership. Low ability and high arrogance. They have no idea what they are doing, and they are too arrogant to listen to people who do. Knowledge base at least 5 years out of date. 2. A couple people control the company. Doesn't matter how bad they are, how toxic, or how useless; they don't leave, and you can't disagree with them. 3. They made every employee sign a new onerous non-compete, retroactively after joining . No warning, no negotiation just: "sign it now, you have 1 week". It is unpaid, and longer then industry standard. They withheld compensation for the entire company until everyone signed it. I don't know if this is legal, but it shouldn't be. This is their employee retention strategy. They make you sign a horrible non-compete, then it doesn't matter how bad they treat you; you are trapped. 4. They will change your compensation at random. Nothing in offer letter is guaranteed except for the base salary. Anything not guaranteed will not be paid out. They use the non-compete to trap people into staying at low pay.
