The workers benefit is poor

This company had a friendly ambiance accompanied with a helpful environment. The staff were trained well and helped me out a lot as an intern. The tasks done were considerably easy to complete.

There was heavy workload on occasions which can lead to some stressful situations. These stressful situations often lead to unhelpful communication that consequently leads to strained relationships.
