Very good salary, good benefits, dental/ optical care, free parking, surrounded by shops that sells cheap food, if you have good leadership they will take care of you well

Company has no proper direction, no focus, EPF was not paid on time, too many managers who are just flatterer (talk big but no action. Not all but mostly), abusing of interns.
