      There are a few good old-timers (which won't be there too much longer) and some young folks that can be helpful.

      Terrible management at upper levels. No direction for the company but down. Poor pay & morale, old equipment, and they don't care much about quality and meeting deadlines. I've seen five times the number of customers leave than join. Every department fights with each other and there is no positive collaboration or attitude.

      Quantum Group continues to grow and develop post COVID-19. I understand that you may not have seen everything that you expected during this period, but we are working every day to make improvements. We treasure the knowledge of our "Old Timers" and hope they will continue to help us grow and educate the next generation of printers.

      Intelligent and helpful coworkers, relaxed atmosphere. Everyone is nice and approachable.
