Throughout my career, I've consistently been given the resources I need to succeed—whether that's access to training and development, strategic guidance, or the latest tools and technologies to stay competitive in executive search. The leadership team is approachable and invested in individual and team success, and they create an environment where you feel empowered to build your business. There's also a strong emphasis on collaboration and shared success, which makes a big difference in day-to-day work.

Truly not much to say here. I’ve always felt both personally and professionally supported throughout my time with the company.

Like most resident positions, your main perk is your apartment/utilities. Home office is friendly and helpful. Decent benefits offered, and while actual wages are low, they do give raises. Ongoing training and support.

Not Quantum related, but living where you work can be difficult with residents in a small complex. In their eyes you are on duty 24/7 and they feel free to approach you or knock on your door at all hours, when a simple visit during office hours would have sufficed.
