The product is the best in the industry and we get to work with really cool companies and customers. I also love that we have a lot of flexibility and my manager is someone who cares about my growth and success each and every day.

The product is not without flaws. In my role that can dictate a lot of my reactive work when something is broken and customers have demanding needs. Some departments are stretched pretty thin but it’s been addressed that it’s a focus area. I think as a company we need to be better about making the platform and the pricing more simple to digest so we can focus on outcomes.
