The leadership of the CEO is key in this company, in addition the culture allows employees to be independent from proposing initiatives that are aligned with the objective. There are brilliant people on the different teams and you definitely learn a lot. Personally, I felt that I learned in almost a year what I could learn in two or three years.

I believe that the environment on a personal level is something that must be taken care of more, although it is true it is a very results-oriented culture and the strategy can be clear. The work environment has been sacrificed and this is something that the CEO should focus on since the company is currently growing.

One of the most collaborative places I have worked at, everybody was very aligned and focused on the company's mission. The team was very talented.
