Great for learning incase if your fresher and new to co-operate

Worst for experienced and high skilled people rigid working policy, feel like government office unprofessional, being a mailling company still depended on old technology and potato laptop and desktop micromanaging old people switch to ice wrap incase any body seeing from QLC after gaining experience.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts after spending over a decade with us. It’s genuinely puzzling to hear such strong criticism, particularly the idea that the company is only suited for freshers—especially from someone who chose to stay for more than 10 years. We recognize that perspectives can evolve, and we respect that. We do wonder, only half-seriously, if someone out there is paying people just to bad-mouth competitors—but either way, we will stay focused on improving for both fresh and experienced talent.
