• Low wages and benefits. <$20 yearly increase not even guaranteed. Internal wage-ceiling, though flexible if you’re favored enough. • Bonuses (not guaranteed) are earned quarterly but only released during the end of the fiscal year. Should you resign/be fired before that, you won't receive it. • High employee turnover. They hire en-masse every 6 months or so, worst thing is that probably mgmt don't see this is as a problem just people who don't have the “it” to stay. • Another review mentioned about higher ups’ tendency to blow things out of proportion is true. They preach about the 80-20 rule yet they can’t seem to apply it to themselves. • HR don't do investigations into complaints or disputes whatsoever. If you rub a manager wrongly and they say you should be fired for so and so, you likely will be. There’s sort of a negative cultish culture, if they don’t like what you said or you didn’t react the way they expected you to, the management will find ways to get you out, or coerce you to resign. BUT this also means befriending them has its perks, so that’s the tip. • Career progression means you’ll have to apply to a different position with a higher starting rate if you want a substantial raise in pay.
