1) If you want to work for this company whether as contractor or full time, think twice as they will hire you today and kick you out for many non-technical reasons in the next months, weeks, and even days. Why? You can work hard and meet their expectations in terms of performance. Budget, finding someone else with better background, and other issues will not stop them from letting you go. Basically, prepare yourself to get laid off at any time without warning and bargain. It happens to a lot of my colleagues as contractors and most of them can't make through a few months. 2) A company with zero revenue and have budget depending on investment from VW is unstable. Do your research and you will understand working with this company is like riding a sinking ship. 3) The working pace is slow to be understandable dued to work nature and company policy, but lack of coordination and limited manual equipment remain there that can be fixed to make it better. Unfortunately, those who can fix this issue are fired while those that play politics remain. 4) Fail to meet the declared objective on time in reality, but they would speak oppositely to the public with full confidence.
