      The creative department employees were an absolute joy to work with as were most of the department heads..

      The pay for all employees was completely absurd; no one should be working for that little of pay. Benefits were promised but never given. Employees were threatened, degraded and verbally abused. Extremely aggressive behavior from upper management. Clients not treated respectfully and being lied to. Questionable business practices. Cultural and religious differences were not respected. Employees are under constant surveillance.

      This persons title is "Hostile environment" under no circumstance was there any type of "Hostile Environment" exactly what does that mean? Not only is this not even remotely possible but absolutely against the law. Under "Cons" it is reported that the pay was absurd, how ridicules as a job was offered and then accepted, they were not forced to work here and I actually tell employees if they are unhappy to please leave , no one is forced to work here. Quantus Creative is a young start up still trying to succeed in the market place. Further more this person makes further accusations that are untrue and unjustified, they say "under advice Fire unnecessary sales team", I say No sales, no Company They are "Clueless"

      This is a great work environment. The employees all work very well together, doing their perspective projects with professionalism and diligence - then putting all of the projects together to give our clients a great final product. We have a very happy, negative free atmosphere and are able to suggest changes as needed so that we, and our clients get the best possible outcome.

      The Quantus Creative team is resourceful, talented, friendly, and helpful. The departments work together to understand each others jobs and responsibilities so we can do our best for current and potential clients. If you have an idea that can benefit the company, you can present it and develop it from start to finish. It's all in your approach and work ethic. There is also room for advancement and the freedom to learn for those who want to acquire additional skills. The office is like a group of friends doing what they enjoy.

      Just like any group, we have our ups and downs. There can be personality clashes and small issues here and there. Most of my complaints against this company when I started have been address and fixed or they are currently being fixed. Regardless of these things, nothing has brought this company to a grinding halt.
