If you are looking at reviews because you are interviewing with Quark, know that whoever you are, you do not deserve the hell that is this poorly run company. Chris Hickey is in panic mode after a terrible first year as CEO and changes sales process and KPI's daily to follow whatever new "focus" he decided on when he woke up in a cold sweat that morning. Daily is not an exaggeration, he really calls team wide meetings each day to ramble about the new direction for the team. His constantly changing processes have resulted in the loss of MAJOR clients and have handicapped his team's ability to find new business. There are millions of words in the English language, and yet no string of them can properly express the frustration of working for this man.
