While working at the company, there is limited recognition in terms of monetary rewards for high performers. Employees who consistently excel may receive appreciation certificates, but there are generally no additional financial incentives beyond their regular compensation.
The company culture could be improved, particularly regarding employee recognition and retention practices. Although the compensation structure includes a Performance Linked Incentive (PLI), employees who leave the organization before the payout cycle may not receive the incentive, even if they have completed a significant portion of the performance period.
Additionally, employees should carefully review their Full and Final (F&F) settlement after separation. In my experience, there were discrepancies that required multiple follow-ups to resolve. The complete settlement process took approximately six months, which resulted in an extended and frustrating closure experience.
