From a Client Services (CS) operations perspective, I feel that leadership sometimes lacks deeper experience in client service. The company has grown very quickly and now serves many different types of clients, from small businesses to enterprise accounts. In some process decisions, there’s a tendency to apply a “one size fits all” approach across all client segments, which is not how service businesses typically operate.
Compensation is good however, you are exposed to currency fluctuations with the dollar. In addition, you are responsible for covering your own costs such as internet, health insurance, and accounting. There is also no benefits besides PTO or protection in case of termination
