      For senior consultants the company allows to work remotely most of the time. The company is virtual with people and customers all over the US, so it facilitates remote work. In my case this results in time savings, flexibility and not much travel. The company takes great care of consultants and is very aware that we have lives outside of work. They cover 100% of health care deductible, which can mean great savings!

      There is always the potential for frequent travel, which in our line of work \ position is probably not necessary. Not a lot of cons. This is a great company to work for!

      Feels like a meritocracy more so than any other company I've seen. If you demonstrate you can handle more work and responsibility, they will give it to you. There is so so much to learn. Surrounded by people with great technical and soft consulting skills. Opportunity to work with so many different businesses and dig deep into each one to learn how they tick. Projects typically last 3-4 months, so you get in, learn, execute, and then get to do it all over. Great teammates and very communicative/social WFH culture.

      Can be some down time between projects which affects your bonus - can sometimes just be unlucky and not have a spot on an ongoing project. but, I think the more you make yourself useful, and the longer you've been at the company, the less likely you are to have downtime
