Queppelin is a good company in the augmented reality development domain. They have some very good clients. In fact i was pleasantly surprised with the level of clients that they have . They have some very good large corporates as their clients. I have been here since last 2.5 years and I have no plans to leave for at least another year. Only things is that they expect you to learn new technologies very fast. This in fact is a good thing as it eventually helps in making your profile better. Salary is always given on time which is very good thing especially if you are married. I would recommend this company to every developer who wanst to work hard and learn new things.

Nothing as such. There may be some minor issues but they can be overlooked in the larger scheme of things.

There are no pros for them anymore

Absolutely broken management. I worked with them for three years, giving respect, dedication, late hours, and more. But, all of a sudden, they decided to lay off all of their senior employees, including me. A layoff isn't the problem—many companies do it in times of financial crisis, and we understand that. But they haven't paid us over two months of pending salaries, while they continue to bring in new hires. For over a year, I've been requesting payment, respectfully asking them to settle our dues, but they just keep delaying it. We understood their situation and willingly gave them time, but over a year? That’s far more than enough to clear the dues if they intended to. I never expected such treatment from a company I loved working with. I urge any new, current, or prospective employees to leave as soon as possible and find better companies. They don’t deserve loyal employees, and they'll likely betray you too.
