Poor communication : You can't reach out, only they will get back to you Salary delay - Salary is supposed to be credited on or before 7. Most of the time it will go to 8/9 or 10. Later that year almost 5-6 leaves got lapsed. loll FNF Delay : I had to do a course of 3-4 weeks where the task was to call them Morning, Noon, Evening for follow up. They were ghosting me like my crush did :( Malpractices : While salary negotiation, apparently I was asking out of their salary bracket for that particular YOE.
