People will go out of their way to introduce themselves to you, know your name, or simply say good morning, even if you are not working in the office full time. Remote capabilities and TRUST to do your job. No micromanaging. Management is transparent, professional, and approachable. The CEO personally showed up to the welcome meeting and met with us for more than just a hand shake. She walks the walk. Access to the gym in the basement on days when you do go into the office, and you are encouraged to get up from your desk and reset for ten-twenty minutes a day, not including your lunch.

Lunch break is only half an hour, not really time to run to the store if you need too.
