Ugh - Recensione dipendente - IT Manager presso Questionmark Corporation

Questionmark does an amazing job of helping it's employees grow in the company. They have an amazing product, and genuinely care about the client and the staff. It is such a breath of fresh air compared to some of the companies I have worked for in the past.

They are spread all over the world, so time zones can be a challenge, but they do an amazing job of working within those boundaries, and respecting each person's freedoms.

Questionmark has been in business since the 80s and is the industry leader in online software for assessment delivery. I work with a great team and have outstanding Managers. I am one of the longest employees in my dept. and I have only spoken to the CEO twice. Could have something to do with no sexually harassing my co-workers, or giving away private information or attending baseball games instead of working. The CEO is only concerned with running the company which is his money, he is part owner. But back to the fine folks I work with. They are top notch, hard working and ready to help if they can. As for my managers they are hands down the best I have ever worked with.

Yes the software has been an issue. But really anyone happy with windows 8. Software is difficult to make work on the best of days but when you are trying to keep up with new tech it is even harder. Many companies have hundreds of programmers we have less then 20. Not bad with those numbers. One issue which I know the CEO is working on is a more stable income flow to offsite a down economy. Which is an issue with a software company.
