They have a ping pong table and snacks? Bathrooms that work?
Svantaggi
If you're looking to work in the Utah office, run away quickly. I worked here for about 6 months, "waiting for things to improve" and for the sales org to start producing some pipeline for the account executives... It never happened. My original interview was filled with so many lies about this organization. You may be thinking, "I need some SaaS experience to start my career..." from being in the industry for some time, knowing what's in Utah, I guarantee you this is one of the worst places to come to start a career. If you're not convinced, look up an account executive on LinkedIn that's worked there for more than 2 months and ask them how much revenue the office has produced over the span of the last two quarters. No closer there has hit even a quarter of their quotas... The office is a complete joke. I come from a history of strong SaaS success and am still disappointed I tried this out. It's one thing to be up for a challenge, and another be up for it without any tools to succeed. There's no training, little accountability, an awful sales process to get leads (literally spamming people on LinkedIn and pitching them) and they don't even have Salesforce... This place is run by passive aggressive inexperienced management, and a clueless CEO who doesn't understand what it takes to sell, and isn't man enough to have a crucial conversation. All management expects ridiculously unattainable industry closing abilities but are completely ignorant to their stupidity. They provide close to no leads, but will let you go for not being a "culture fit" if you aren't selling. This office will shut down in the next 4 months guaranteed. Cheap half developed software, awful dysfunction and confusion, bipolar "stab you in the back" type management, and near non-existent income define this office.
