They will train you for the first few weeks, and very friendly up till final review from the manager. Right after you are on your own, better search up on their knowledge base (similar to wiki search) instead of putting client on hold, which affect your performance.

You better resolve any client issues before it get escalation, small or huge you will get question and get blame at.
