- C-Suite is painfully white and heterosexual. There aren’t enough female executives at the senior level. - Exec leadership doesn’t have line of site into what goes on at the junior level on many of the teams, especially within the development people and sales team. Some of the guys on the sales team are pigs. - Security is not taken seriously, our devs are permitted far too much access to sensitive systems. - No formal channel for reporting issues upward; they laid off a bunch of security people and haven’t explained how they’re going to remedy things. - Lack of a formal diversity, equity, and inclusion program and no visibility for ERGs related to minority employees other than one (pretty good) program for women.
