Nice Employees and the owners seem great during the interview process. Lots of hard working people that put everything into the company success. Lots of potential if you love being micro-managed and constantly made to feel like you are an idiot. Be a robot and you will succeed

No useful training and then the expectation to perform immediately. No direction as to how to meet the goals that were established. Was told they had confidence in the direction one day then let go the very next day due to not being on the same page. Given four states to cover and expected to "ramp up" in just 3-4 weeks in the field. Owner very reactionary and constantly critical. No ability to encourage or motivate just criticize and drag down. Very antiquated sales techniques and pay good money to a "sales guru" who has never been in their business and most of the time was just taking notes and regurgitating what the reps were saying.. Just beware....not honest about expectations or in how they treat employees. Nothing in place for remote sales force--Insurance not set up, car registration not set up, VPN to company server not working half the time, Go to meeting system never worked once, etc....
