The main pro of this career is the joy of helping others achieve their weight loss goals and learn lifestyle changes. Monetarily, there is unlimited commission potential and lots of room for growth within the company. I moved very quickly from counselor, to assistant manager, center manager and now area supervisor. In addition to working with our clients I get the privilege of working very closely with all staff as well to help with development and training of all Austin centers. There is also a large support from the Texas Director in all areas of the job and is truly a team player which of course makes work all the better. Having so much support from a corporate level is one of the greatest perks. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to pursue a career in either nutrition/weight loss or sales.
