      The team spirit is the key asset of the company. There is a lot of trust, appreciation and collegiality in the team. Honest communication between employees and towards managers and CEOs is always possible. Everyone is keen on delivering great products to the customers.

      Workload can be relatively high, especially if being needed on multiple projects at once.

You’re right - with a relatively small team, everyone sometimes works across multiple projects, but we see this as a chance to learn and grow together while keeping a close eye on individual workload and comfort.

      - Flexibility with working hours and location (remote work). - Opportunity to learn about all stages of medical and non-medical software development. - Extremely friendly environment; this is where the company really shines (team events, yearly trip, daily fikas). It feels like you are working with a group of friends instead of just colleagues.

      Thank you for your feedback - we value it a lot! We've implemented a new onbaording process to help newcomers get started and provide them with all the info they need.
