Smaller company. So their is a lot of growing pains.

QuickInsured is a family and the office dynamic is unmatched. There is a strong company culture in the office and my former coworkers have become lifelong friends. The founders and employees place an emphasis on quality and it shows through both the high-quality product and the great work environment. It's rare that a company with inherent internal competition supports each sales producer with the resources and training to promote individual and group success at the same time. One of my favorite positions ever, and I was sad to leave!

Startups intrinsically change constantly, and there were several early changes that affected day to day quality of life and compensation. While management worked closely with us to remedy issues and accommodate the resulting sticking points, it was frustrating to be affected by the necessary changes/shifts and have little to no warning of the changes ahead of time. Ultimately, these issues were solved, and I haven't heard of any big issues post-leaving.
