Great place to get started and learn to hone skills in design.

Upward mobility is difficult and cross-training isn't available

The work is challenging and interesting, some of the people are nice

There is no structure at this company. Every machine is the highest priority. The owner berates and belittles people in front of other employees, and often ships unfinished machines before they have a chance to be validated. There is a backlog of unhappy customers demanding remote support for said unfinished machines. There is no room for employment growth. The pay is below average. The benefits are terrible. This company provides very little tools or equipment, and whatever is given is broken or barely functioning.
