Worst place to work Ceo KNM Rao feels he owns his employees and they are slaves to him. He makes employees to work for a minimum of 14 hours a day including on Sundays. He is the boss and never gives respect to employees life or health even. He expects people to come and work the same even if they are sick. He asks freshers to sign bond of two years and takes their original certificates which he uses to make people stay when they want to leave. Working in this company will suck life out of people due to lot of pressure. The salaries given will be based on performance on the plan decided by the ceo . The plan will be totally unrealistic and not humanly possible, resulting in cutting of sometimes half the salary too.
