Quick Base under Intuit was an incredible place to work. Passionate people and a leadership team who understood and could articulate the direction of the company. Since being divested, the entire senior leadership team has left or been fired (except Frank), employee morale has plummeted, and the company has struggled to define itself. They continue to see revenue increase because they rely on discount rollbacks for their largest customers, but everyone knows this is unsustainable. The mentality that this is a private equity shop is pervasive across the company. Also, the onbaording process for new employees is woefully inadequate. Once you get your office tour from HR on the first day, you're handed a laptop and sent to your desk to 'figure it out for yourself.'
