Vantaggi
1. Some of the brightest, hard-working people I've ever met 2. Location is convenient 3. Product has potential - 'I want to believe' syndrome
Svantaggi
1. If you've read any of the reviews then you'll see a common theme emerge - lack of a concise, well-defined goal for the product. Seriously managers and higher-ups say this product is the greatest thing since sliced bread but it often falls short of expectations. Clients are often left scratching their heads and dont know how or when to use the tool. The product has potential but its trying to be something to everyone but ends up being nothing to anyone. The product has some serious limitations and is a perfect example of garbage in, garbage out. You have to manually fix and tweak the settings (alot!), cant work with certain types of data and doesnt 'tell' you anything. Its a confirmatory tool meaning that it can help you confirm your theory but it doesnt help you come up with the theory. 2. Management - This was the biggest problem IMO. There are people in management roles who are some of the most dishonest, two-faced people i've ever met. The Kool-Aid must taste great cause they all drank it. These leaders will literally say anything to sell and don't give a damn of the long term repercussions. Everyone knows there are problems but no one wants to admit it and if you make too much noise youre out. Its well known that there have been many hirings and layoffs over the years. You'll get thrown out and it will come out of no where
