Great Learning Exprience - Recensione dipendente - Customer Service Representative (CSR) presso Quik Pick Express

QPE is run by two brothers. They treat all of the employees like they are part of their extended family. They are gracious and thankful for the work of all of the employees. On my birthday I got a card hand-delivered by the CEO. Who even does that? Never in my career have I been treated as well personally by upper management. Working conditions are good as well. There is a very good benefits program, with medical and dental, 401K with company match, etc, Never any grief if you need time off for a doctors appointment, pick up the kids, etc. While this doesn't address the core work, how I'm treated as an individual makes all the difference in whether I want to come to work in the morning. Here - I do!
