if you like very personal work environments (i personally didnt) then that might be one thing you enjoy. Also going out A LOT (to eat, get drinks, to party, etc.)

Long hours (i was up at 6 am, working by 8, and not done/until wayyyyyyy later usually officially by 6 pm but they had team nights that they sort of bully you to go to in a way and then you dont get home until 10 or 11). You dont really make any money at all, even the top people only sold MAX 4 things a week. In training one of the "leaders" STOLE sales from me and other trainees multiple times (would let us do part of our pitch and the second she sensed the client was actually interested she took over and closed our sales). and overall they expect you to do all this stuff with them despite having no money. I have never wasted so much gas in my life. Also their practices are just too pushy for me, never have I ever been taught to ignore a customers genuine concerns to try to trick them into buying from me? completely and utterly felt unethical. They also push you to management as fast as possible (4 sales in 5 days to qualify) only to demote you the second you have a bad week.

Great culture, and learned a lot. I was not scared to ask questions, and they gave me a reasonable amount to do. My manager was the best!
