Managers are provided 1:1 relationships with an HR Business Partner that really help identify any process gaps and help advocate for issues and "blind spots" that you may not be in a position to resolve independently. Input, ideation, and feedback are generally encouraged and requested in team meetings and cross-functionally. There are no barriers to accessing leadership.
